Purpose of ServiceMessages Across Time provides a creative gift service that produces personalised video content based on information supplied by the purchaser. The Service is intended solely for entertainment, celebration, and commemorative purposes.⸻∞ 2. Eligibility
• Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.
• Where a video is commissioned for a recipient under 18, the Purchaser confirms they are the recipient’s parent or legal guardian, or have obtained appropriate consent to commission the content.⸻∞ 3. Purchaser Responsibility
• The Purchaser is responsible for the accuracy of all information, images, and instructions provided to MAT.
• MAT shall not be liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content resulting from information supplied by the Purchaser.⸻∞ 4. Content Creation
• MAT will use the information provided by the Purchaser to generate personalised video content.
• All creative and production decisions (including style, editing, voice rendering, and visual presentation) are at the discretion of MAT.⸻∞ 5. Delivery
• Delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed.
• MAT will not be liable for any loss or disappointment arising from delays in delivery.⸻∞ 6. No Medical or Therapeutic Use
• MAT is not a provider of medical, counselling, or therapeutic services.

• All video content produced by MAT is licensed to the Purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only.
• The Purchaser may share the video privately or on social media, but may not resell, modify, or commercially exploit the content without written permission from MAT.⸻∞ 9. Limitation of Liability(a) MAT shall not be liable for any interpretation, reaction, or outcome resulting from the receipt or viewing of a video.
(b) MAT’s role is limited to the creative production of content and excludes any duty of care beyond the scope of the Service.
(c) To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAT and its affiliates disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.⸻∞ 10. Refunds & Cancellations
• Once a video is in production, refunds are not available.

Messages Across Time creates personalised “future-self” videos based on the information and photos you provide. Each video is unique, crafted with care, and delivered as a private HD file.∞Delivery
Videos are normally delivered within 3–5 working days. In most cases, delivery will be within 3 days, but we allow up to 5 days to cover busy periods or technical delays.∞Privacy & Confidentiality
All information and images you provide are treated as strictly confidential and are used solely for the purpose of creating your video. We never share, sell, or pass your details to third parties.∞Demo Videos vs. Client Videos
- Demo Videos: Messages Across Time may create and share fictional sample videos to demonstrate the service. These may be used freely for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
- Client Videos: Your personal video is private. It will never be shared, published, or used in marketing by Messages Across Time without your explicit written consent.
- Sharing: You are welcome — and encouraged — to share your purchased video with family, friends, or on social media. Where you would like your video featured by Messages Across Time, you must give clear consent.∞Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of each video, refunds are not normally offered once production has begun. If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.∞Data Handling
All files are stored securely during the production process. Finished videos are delivered privately to you and retained only for a short period to allow for redelivery if needed. You may request permanent deletion at any time.∞Limitations of Liability
Messages Across Time cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control (e.g. technical outages) or for how videos are subsequently used or shared by the client once delivered.∞Acceptance
